STOCK PARTNERS:

1. Full wholesale prices offered based on the listed minimum. The minimum initial order is 50 boxes, which can be mixed for variety. Evidence of wholesale/retail trade must include:

a) Business License, Resale Certificate, Variance (Internet or Home-based businesses).

b) Business Contact Information : business name, contact person, physical address, phone, fax, URL, email and etc…

c) Application for Wholesale Account with required submittals must be completed, signed and submitted with initial order. There will be no set-up fee for new account.

d) A current VISA and MASTERCARD is required as security on any on any open account. Charges will made against this credit card with finance charges added on any Past Due account.

2. All order will be Pre-Paid Order. A Pro-Forma Invoice will be sent and guaranteed for 30 days with the exception of shipping charges. Shipment and handling charges are estimated and will reflect charges at time of shipment. . A pro-forma will be canceled after 60 days if full payment is not received.

3. No activity within the previous 12 month period will cancel any account status and new orders will be treated as a new account.

4. Wholesale prices are based on “Cash” payment, which are Cash, Paypal (Visa, MC, Discover, & American Express), telegraph transfer, and bank transfer.

5. Unless advised otherwise, items not shipped will be back-ordered and shipped as available without regard to order minimum. Shipping and handlings will be added to back-orders.

PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS:

1. Wholesale prices offered with minimum waived based on approval of submitted applications.

2. All guidelines will be the same as above for STOCK DEALERS.

3. There will be an additional shipping and handling fees applied for all orders.

Timeless Touch, LLC provides its services to you, subject to the following terms of service, which may be modified or updated by us from time to time without notice. Pertaining to Timeless Touch, LLC services, you will be subject to guidelines and/or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments received through your website are processed by us. In order to maintain the integrity of our program, all payments are processed under Timeless Touch, LLC.

You will not need a Merchant Account in order for your site to receive payments.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders will be fulfilled in accordance with the posted terms of service and will be shipped on your behalf from Virginia Distribution Center, USA. You are required to supply all necessary company information (business cards, promotional flyers, etc…) to us prior shipping date. You do not require to stock or ship any orders for your website sales.

PRICING
All prices and payments for products and/or services must be in the form of U.S. Currency.

WEBSITE
In order to take advantage of our discounted website, you will need a business name for your domain. Our in-house web designer will create your web site according to your liking. Once you decide to be our partner, we will direct you to our designer and he/she will work with you one-on-one until the completion of your site.

Timeless Touch, LLC shall not be liable for delay in building or site downtime due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, such as natural disasters, delay in telecommunications or third party services, etc…

~ Partners/Wholesalers/Retailers acknowledged that Timeless Touch, LLC owns all rights to the content contained within their website. Timeless Touch, LLC may terminate your account anytime without warning if failed to meet the Terms as outlined by this agreement:
~ The web sites provided to Partners/Wholesalers/Retailers may not be sold, transferred, or redistributed by any means without the expressed written permission of Timeless Touch, LLC.
~ Order history may be audited at anytime, and commissions due modified in order to reflect returned items, charge-backs, or any action that results in changes to the commissions amount due.

SPAMMING IS AGAINST THE LAW

Timeless Touch, LLC do not tolerate spamming or allow our Partners/Wholesalers/Retailers to link to our website in any way. If any Partners/Wholesalers/Retailers do link to Timeless Touch, LLC, we will not be responsible for any actions that were taken by the offending spammer. Timeless Touch, LLC will terminate your account immediately and will proceed civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the spamming.
